MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a voluntary refund provided that you contact us via email support@skyfluence-beauty.com within the period specified below after your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period and provide reasons and evidence for refund as explained below.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
You may be eligible to receive a refund of a one-time payment or last subscription payment in the following cases:
(A) You have experienced technical issues within 30 (thirty) calendar days starting from the start of the subscription date and have requested a refund during the same 30 (days) and, as a result, your use of the services is rendered impossible.
(B) If you follow the plan and are not satisfied with the results.
To be eligible for a refund on the grounds of not being satisfied with the results during the first subscription period, you must fulfil the following criteria for the applicable type of subscription:
Weekly Subscription:
- You followed the plan for at least 4 days with all tasks completed.
- You submitted the request for a refund within 7 days from the start of the subscription.
Monthly Subscription:
- You followed the plan for at least 10 days with all tasks completed.
- You submitted the request for a refund within 14 days from the start of the subscription.
Quarterly Subscription:
- You followed the plan for at least 30 days with all tasks completed.
- You submitted the request for a refund within 45 days from the start of the subscription.
Annual Subscription:
- You followed the plan for at least 45 days with all tasks completed.
- You submitted the request for a refund within 60 days from the start of the subscription.
Screenshots are considered eligible evidence to verify the completion of tasks. The screenshots must clearly show the completed tasks corresponding to the required number of days for the specific subscription plan.
Once you contact us at support@skyfluence-beauty.com, we will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved.
IMPORTANT STATEMENT
Please note that only fulfillment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a complete voluntary refund under "Money-back guarantee". For the sake of clarity, this "Money-back guarantee" does not apply to the financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into the subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.).

GENERAL REFUND RULES
Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
Note for the EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
